We are excited to offer the Mindfulness in Cancer Recovery (MiCR) group program—an evidence-based, trusted approach developed and refined over 20+ years. This program is designed to help cancer survivors reduce stress, manage anxiety, and gain clarity at any stage of their recovery journey.

Whether you prefer a 9-week group program, a one-month group program, or a private one-on-one option, we have a program tailored to your needs. Our comprehensive resources include a detailed workbook, guided videos, and audio recordings to support your mindfulness practice every step of the way.

No prior experience with yoga or mindfulness? No problem! Our program is perfect for beginners and experienced practitioners alike.
