After a cancer diagnosis and treatment, many people wonder how to safely return to physical activity—and for good reason. Movement plays a powerful role in recovery. In fact, the American College of Sports Medicine and the American Cancer Society recommend that cancer survivors aim for at least 150 minutes of moderate-intensity activity each week, along with two strength-building sessions.
But getting started—and staying motivated—can feel overwhelming.
That’s where coaching comes in.
As a board-certified health coach, I support individuals in reconnecting with their bodies in safe, sustainable, and empowering ways. Together, we explore what movement means to you now, work through barriers like fatigue or fear, and co-create a plan that honors your current needs and goals. Whether it's walking, yoga, dancing, or gentle strength training, your path to movement is unique—and so is your recovery.
Coaching is about more than accountability—it's about partnership, compassion, and building momentum step by step.

You don’t have to navigate this alone. Let’s find what feels good for you.
